Final sanitation works are currently underway on the Markov Kamen hiking trail. Damage to the trail occurred due to snow falls and snow avalanches in January of this year. In the preceding period, damaged and diseased trees that posed a risk to the safety of tourists were removed. This week, reforestation efforts are being conducted in the areas where trees were removed.
