According to the Environmental Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia, the National Park Kopaonik encompasses a range of natural objects, both natural and anthropogenic, classified according to various protection levels. The park is designated as a protected area covering 1,375.2 hectares, which includes 13 nature reserves and 26 natural monuments, comprising 12 geomorphological, 6 geological, 8 hydrological, and 15 objects classified as immovable cultural heritage.
