Despite warnings not to light fires in unauthorized areas, a fire broke out yesterday around 1 PM on the famous hiking trail Markov Kamen, located near the very center. The cause of the fire was human negligence, endangering the entire mountain and surrounding villages. Thanks to the swift intervention of employees from the National Park and firefighters, a major disaster was averted.
